This was my first time ordering office furniture directly from Guangzhou Beston Furniture Manufacturing Co. I was immediately connected with Cindy, a representative who not only guided me through the process but patiently answered every question I had. Cindy also assisted me with a shipping agent. I was shown photos of the well-constructed shipping structure to ensure a safe arrival. When my order was shipped to my door, the shipping structure was no longer intact which caused a handful of parts to be broken. I informed Cindy and with a few photos and details she was able to reorder all the broken parts. WOW!! The furniture is very well made and will last a long time. I couldn't be happier with their products and customer service. Cindy is a real asset to the company , and I hope her efforts are recognized. I wouldn't have committed to this purchase without her. My only suggestion is to provide detailed instructions on assembly. Numbering the parts would be helpful.
